Wow! Great breakfast, great service! Cute breakfast joint - not much seating but worth the wait. Servings are super large so you can easily share! The Hatch Green Chile was added to each meal and it was amazing!

It's a small place with few tables and was mostly full on Monday morning. Server Courtney was helpful and friendly to explain menu. Ordered brisket hash browns with red, green, and sausage gravy (aka White Christmas). It arrived in a ceramic skillet. Delicious! Spicy but not overwhelming. Rich and creamy gravy. Mix of crisp and succulent hash browns made fresh everyday. Brisket was melt in your mouth. Portion was huge and I couldn't finish. I'll be back to try their other items.

This isn't a big place but it packs a great breakfast. Easily can split a meal they are huge. Had the Ken and Clint (I think). Delicious

We stayed in town for two days and went to breakfast here both days because it was so amazing. Everything we got was hearty and flavorful. It's small inside, but worth the wait if there is one. They also have a bar top as well. They don't serve parties over 5, so if you have a larger group, you might have to be at two different tables.

Big portions, excellent food. This place was super popular and the ladies that run B Simple were hustling- all with a smile. I wasn't super impressed with the green chile sauce, needed some heat - but the Hash was an excellent take on the classic Corned beef hash - the chopped green chiles were an amazing addition. Small dining area - which I actually enjoy - but makes for a wait if you don't get in at the right time. Bottom line, eat here if you are in Preskitt.

This is a small little cafe. Maybe 20 people total can be seated. Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Had about a 15 minute wait so not too bad. This place was busy. The two ladies working were doing a great job of taking orders, delivering food and making sure you had coffee. Food was good and satisfied us.

This little restaurant is serving up some great food. It's nothing fancy by all means, but it's clean. The waitress we had was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was great here! We ordered one breakfast burrito to share and it was HUMONGOUS! It can feed 3-4 people, depending on their hunger level! I would definitely come back to try other items.

Excellent service, delicious food prepared in an adorable cafe. We are vaccinating in Prescott and B Simple was recommended by a hotel staff member for breakfast. Portions are huge, homemade and served with friendliness that is genuine and perfectly timed. Especially loved the house sausages that are just like my mom used to make. Everything was amazing and l am pretty picky because I have worked in food service over 4 decades now and it's hard to get everything right! B Simple, I give you a well deserved A+!

A very small and quaint restaurant that's further south of Whiskey Row. We came in the late morning and didn't have a wait to be seated. We ordered and it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. Me and my companions had mixed thoughts. I really liked my potatoes, eggs, and bacon. It was bland and needed seasoning. My friends thought the same with theirs. The best thing across the board was the jam and biscuits. They were delicious! We'd come back just for those alone. We also liked the pesto parm tomatoes, but we expected more than 2 tiny slices for 4$. The other dishes sounded good, but we wanted something a bit lighter. Our eyes kept going to the green/red chili or the sausage gravy dishes. We may try those next time and take the risk of needing a nap after.
